“All those that have a compelling explanation why to seek advice from India might touch the Embassy of India in Beijing or the Indian consulates in Shanghai or Guangzhou, in addition to the Indian Visa Utility Centres in those towns,” it stated.
On Sunday, India airlifted the second one batch of 323 stranded Indians and 7 Maldivian voters from coronavirus-hit Wuhan town, taking the whole selection of folks evacuated to 654.
